This was not only our personal home but was our 1st project in harbor view estates. We started off with a solid blue basalt piece of land and had to hammer the entire foundation. Utilizing the on-site materials we designed a beautiful water feature shown in the pictures. One of the best parts of this project was the 4000 sq ft climate controlled garage.
We used all 2×6 construction throughout with 10ft minimum ceiling height, and hand stacked the entire roof system ” no trusses” making a different ceiling design in every room. It’s truly a work of art from a master carpenter who has since passed on. He’ll truly be missed.
